Information We Collect
We collect information you submit to us directly, information generated through your use of our services, and limited information from third-party providers we rely on to operate the network. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service requested and to maintain the integrity of our operator network.
- Identification data: name, email, company, role, and country of residence.
- Engagement data: project briefs, communications, and meeting notes.
- Operator data: portfolios, references, work history, rates, and availability.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and approximate location.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases under the GDPR and equivalent international frameworks: performance of a contract, legitimate interest, compliance with a legal obligation, and consent where required.
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Contact Forms & Inquiries
Information submitted through our contact form, including your name, email, company, talent needs, and message, is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a curated shortlist of operators, and maintain a record of correspondence. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing.
Operator Applications
Applicants to the Motion House network voluntarily submit professional information including portfolios, references, rates, and availability. This data is reviewed under strict confidentiality and shared only with vetted clients under non-disclosure terms.
Unsuccessful applicants may request deletion of their submission at any time. Active operator profiles are reviewed annually for accuracy and continued consent.
Talent Submissions & Shortlists
Shortlists shared with clients are governed by an implicit confidentiality obligation. Clients agree not to recirculate, publish, or solicit operators presented through Motion House outside of engagements arranged through us.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregated traffic, performance, and conversion patterns. Analytics data is anonymized where feasible and is never sold or shared with advertising networks.
Third-Party Tools & Subprocessors
To operate the network we engage a limited number of vetted subprocessors for hosting, communication, scheduling, payments, and analytics. All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with GDPR Article 28.
- Cloud hosting and storage providers operating in regions with adequate protections.
- Email and scheduling tools used to coordinate engagements.
- Payment processors for invoicing and operator payouts.
- Analytics platforms configured with privacy-preserving settings.
How Data Is Stored
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access, audit logging, and regular backups. We follow the principle of least privilege and review access on a recurring basis. Retention periods are aligned to the purpose of collection and applicable legal obligations.
International Data Transfers
Motion House operates a globally distributed network. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards to ensure your data remains protected to a comparable standard.
