Operator profiles, portfolios, references, and rate cards are treated as confidential by default. They are shared only with vetted clients in connection with active engagements and only to the extent required to evaluate fit.

• Profiles are shared under implicit non-disclosure.
• Operator consent is obtained before introductions.
• Operators may withdraw or update their information at any time.

Client briefs, strategies, brand assets, and unreleased materials are treated as strictly confidential. Operators engaged through Motion House are required to comply with confidentiality terms equivalent to those agreed between Motion House and the client.

• Mandatory revocation of access upon engagement closure.
• Use of trusted enterprise tools for file transfer and collaboration.

All members of the Motion House network — operators, clients, and internal staff — are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional confidentiality. Material breaches result in removal from the network and may give rise to legal remedies.

We engage a curated set of subprocessors for hosting, communication, scheduling, payments, and analytics. Each provider is reviewed for security posture, contractual safeguards, and alignment with our data protection standards before engagement.

Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure operating in regions with adequate protections. Backups are encrypted and retained on a defined schedule. Data is segregated by purpose and access is granted on a strict need-to-know basis.
